Current Beta changes

The October 1 build raised the current level cap to 30, expanded dungeon testing, and changed dungeon quest bonus experience. A route written for an earlier test window may make the wrong assumptions; use the level planner for the current available content.

Read Blizzard's Beta development notes. This hub remains a draft until all linked content and responsive behavior pass the content gate.
