Version 4.6 →
The official site identifies 4.6 as Dance With the Beast Before Moonrise. Event warp names and end times are not displayed here without a direct current notice.
Pearl's Role →
The 4.6 publisher notes identify Pearl as an Ice / Elation five-star with defensive support: she can prevent damage, advance a teammate's action, restore HP and remove debuffs. That establishes her role, not her strength ranking.

Colors for Tomorrow Light Cone →
The 4.6 update lists Colors for Tomorrow as a new five-star Elation Light Cone obtainable through its event warp. Availability does not establish whether an account needs the signature cone.

Team Fit Check →
Before spending Special Passes, compare Pearl's defensive and action-advance functions with the sustain and support units already on your account. Test her trial and inspect her trace requirements; this hub does not assert a universal pull verdict.
